Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of those changes. 6745bet will notify users of relevant updates by email or via a platform notice at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance.
Important: Access to the platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age. 6745bet conducts age verification as part of the KYC process and may request supporting documents at any time.
To use 6745bet's services, you must create a personal account by providing the following information: full name as it appears on your ID, valid CPF, date of birth, email address, Brazilian mobile number, and full residential address including zip code.
Only one one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or different documents to circumvent this rule is considered fraudulent conduct and is subject to the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with no refund of balances.
6745bet may request identity verification at any time, especially for withdrawals above R$ 500.00. The KYC process requires submitting a photo of an official ID (RG or CNH) and a selfie holding the document. Verification is completed within 24 business hours.
The user is responsible for keeping their login password confidential and for all activities carried out on their account. 6745bet recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in the settings panel.

6745bet accepts the following deposit methods available to Brazilian players:
All deposits must be made from bank accounts or payment methods registered under the same name as the 6745bet account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in the funds being frozen until supporting documentation is provided.

Withdrawals requested before completing the rollover on an active bonus will result in the cancellation of the remaining bonus balance. Any real balance accumulated up to that point may be withdrawn normally. We recommend checking the rollover status in the bonus panel before requesting a withdrawal.
There is no withdrawal limit on winnings from progressive jackpots. The full prize is credited and can be withdrawn in its entirety via Pix, subject only to standard KYC verification.

6745bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, particularly in cases of incorrect odds due to technical error or suspected match manipulation. Accepted bets are binding on both parties, except in the voiding circumstances set out in these Terms.
Bets on full-time result markets are settled based on the official score after 90 regulation minutes plus referee-added time. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count for standard full-time result markets (1X2), unless expressly stated in the market.
For football matches in the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and other covered competitions, 6745bet uses the results published by the respective organizing bodies as the official source.
A bet is voided and the amount returned to the player's balance in the following situations: the match was not played or was postponed to a date more than 48 hours away; an invalid result was published by the organizing body; a confirmed technical error occurred when the bet was recorded; odds were published incorrectly due to a system failure with a discrepancy exceeding 20% of the real market value.
Live bets are accepted upon instant confirmation by the platform. 6745bet may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of a match (goal, red card, penalty awarded) to recalculate odds. Bets submitted during a suspension period are not accepted.
All casino games available on 6745bet — including slots, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, poker, crash games, and live casino — are provided by internationally licensed suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Play'n GO.
The outcomes of all casino games are determined by Random Number Generators (RNGs) certified by independent laboratories. 6745bet has no ability to influence or manipulate game results. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is listed in the title's description.
If a technical interruption occurs during a casino round, the outcome of the round in progress at the time of the interruption will be determined based on the provider's server logs. 6745bet cannot alter the results of rounds that have already been completed, even in the event of a dispute.
6745bet offers progressive jackpots, fixed jackpots, and daily drops. Progressive jackpots are triggered randomly during any eligible round, with the probability proportional to the amount wagered. There is no guaranteed jackpot within any specific number of rounds.
Daily drops are drawn among eligible players who placed bets within the defined time window for each drop. More bets within the window increase your chances of being selected, but do not guarantee a prize. Unclaimed drops within 72 hours are returned to the next promotion's pool.
Jackpot prizes are paid in full in BRL (R$) via Pix. Progressive jackpots are never split or paid in installments — the entire accumulated amount goes to the winner.
The 6745bet VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with monthly betting volume requirements for progression. The benefits of each tier are defined on the VIP Program page and may be adjusted by 6745bet with 15 days' prior notice.
VIP cashback is calculated on net monthly losses and credited every Sunday. Gold VIP members and above receive cashback with no rollover — the amount can be withdrawn immediately via Pix. For Bronze and Silver tiers, cashback carries a 1x rollover on the amount received.
VIP tier downgrade occurs automatically when the monthly betting volume falls below the minimum requirement for the current tier for two consecutive months.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on 6745bet and will result in immediate account closure and potential reporting to the relevant authorities:
If fraudulent activity is detected, 6745bet reserves the right to hold any balances involved while conducting an internal investigation, with a maximum period of 30 days for completion.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time through live chat support. Your available real-money balance will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days of the request, provided all KYC checks are complete and no active bonus rollover is in progress.
6745bet may close or suspend accounts without prior notice in cases of: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; submission of false information during registration; or a court order or directive from a competent regulatory authority.
In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 6745bet may retain the bonus balance and, depending on the severity, the real-money balance, if either is directly linked to the conduct that led to the closure.
6745bet is not liable for financial losses arising from bets placed on the platform, as the outcome of bets and casino games is random and inherently unpredictable. The user assumes full responsibility for the risks associated with using betting services.
6745bet is not liable for: service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or third-party infrastructure failures; losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the user's own negligence with their credentials; or changes in odds after a bet has been confirmed.
6745bet's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
6745bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, always with at least 15 days' prior notice via the registered email and/or a notice on the platform. Urgent changes required by law or regulatory mandate may take effect immediately, with simultaneous notification to users.
Continued use of the platform after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account closure and withdraw your available balance before the changes take effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil, including the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the legislation applicable to the online betting and gaming market in Brazil.
For the resolution of disputes arising from these Terms, the courts of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction, with waiver of any other, however privileged. Before pursuing legal action, the user must exhaust all support channels available at 6745bet, which commits to formally responding to any complaint within 10 business days.
